Washing machine, dryer, full access to the whole house and everything in it. No alocated time slots, if you want to use something, you can.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, high speed fibre broadband, voice controlled Sonos speakers and lights.
A very comfortable house.

Basically you get a house with bills, for the price of a room, when I’m away at work half the year or round my partner's when I'm back.

No couples/sharing the room.
