4 Rooms available in Teesside House

What you can expect with the living space.

Hi, to clarify, me and four friends signed up for a flat in Teesside house earlier in the year. Then in May we found out that a few of us probably won't be coming back to University, so the ones that remain have decided to look for a smaller household.

One of the guys has signed a a release fee with Teesside House so that they can find someone to put in that room, although they may not have done that yet. Four of us currently hold contracts with Teesside House, and we are looking for a group, or for individuals to take over our contract.

All the rooms have double beds and en-suite rooms, and are quite smart and well-furnished. The building has secure access and 24 hour security and is very close to the University and the town centre. There is a shop just next door to the building, which is open late at night, around 12pm I think.
