We currently have one double room available in our cosy three bedroom house in Athol Street, located just 0.4 miles from Teeside University and 0.8 miles from Middlesbrough town centre.
The house is just a matter of yards from the nearest shops, bars, restaurants and a mile to Middlesbrough railway station
The house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with all facilities to make life easy for you to enjoy the time in your new house.
All bills will be included in the rental cost including Gas, Electricity, water, council tax, TV license and high speed internet
Each room has a bed, wardrobe, desk, bed side table, chair and cool canvas art decoration.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of storage space, fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and hobs.
The living room has a 50 inch TV, sofa, side table plus dining room table and chairs.
