There is a large dining kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and other amenities. Downstairs there is also a very spacious shared living room and formal dining room available for the use of all tenants.

Bills are included in the rent, including council tax. (Fair use).

Employment references, ID checks and credit checks are taken, Also previous landlord references where applicable.

Bedrooms 3, 4, and 6 are on the first floor. All are good sized double rooms. There is also a family bathroom for the tenants use. It has a bath tub, overhead shower and glass screen, wash basin with vanity storage and WC.

Room 7 is a lovely, traditionally styled double room with an ensuite bathroom (bath and shower) and a private balcony - ideal for sitting out in the evening in peace and quiet.

Although this is a 7 bedroom house - the maximum tenants at any one time will be 4, keeping the property quiet and sharing a bathroom with only 1 other person!!
