A comfortable spare bedroom is available to rent in a well-kept, friendly home. I am a live-in owner, looking for a student or working professional preferably.
The house offers a shared living room with TV, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and a common room for relaxing or studying. There is also a private back garden to enjoy. All bills are included in the monthly rent of £400.
The property has one shared bathroom, plus a separate downstairs WC, which is very handy when the main bathroom is occupied.
Please note: I have a very friendly indoor-only cat. The new tenant must be comfortable living with a cat and be extra mindful about keeping doors and windows closed, as he must not be allowed outside.
