We have one room available as one of the guys is moving for his work. The current flatmates are around 30 and working, so rent will include the inevitable share of council tax (Band A), making the room perhaps less attractive to students, which is ok. Both current tenants have finished their masters and are working.
We are not yet entirely sure if it will be room 2 or 3 that will become available to rent, so I will include pictures of both these rooms. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant only. The kitchen, laundry facilities and lounge are shared between all three tenants.
The room will become available from Sunday 10th of May.
