Large Double Room – Right by Teesside Uni

Hi! I'm Emily, a 21-year-old recent Teesside University graduate looking for someone to share my cosy two-bedroom home with :)

The house is practically across the road from Teesside University and is also within easy walking distance of Middlesbrough town centre.

Parking: The street has permit-controlled on-street parking. I have visitor permits available, so if you're bringing a car, feel free to ask and we can discuss parking arrangements.

The available room is a spacious furnished double bedroom with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage. You'll also have use of the shared living/dining room, bathroom with bath and shower, and kitchen.

The house has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fairly small and doesn't currently have a conventional oven, but does have an air fryer, microwave and portable hob. I'm hoping to continue improving the house over time too!

Rent is **£130 per week with household bills included**. Wi-Fi isn't currently installed, but I'm looking into getting broadband set up after I move back in September.

A little about me: I'm a games development graduate and I'm pretty relaxed and friendly. I'm into video games (especially Nintendo!), cooking, baking, D&D and generally having a cosy home. I'm lesbian and my girlfriend occasionally comes over, so this is an LGBT+ friendly household. You absolutely don't need to be LGBT yourself — just friendly and respectful :)

Students, postgraduates, graduates and professionals are all welcome. Pets can also be considered on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask!

I'm looking for someone friendly, respectful and reasonably tidy who'd be comfortable treating the house as their home too. Shorter stays are considered, and I'm open to reasonable offers depending on the length and circumstances of the stay.
