The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location just below the hills with nice views,
bus stops are only 5mins walk away and so are the lots of different shops/post office takeways etc, we are approx 5 mins from by car from the wilton works/ssi steel/teeside power station.. 10.. 15 mins from james cooke/roseberry park hospital /middlesbrough centre, hartlepool/ power station is approx 10 miles, there is a driveway that caters for 2 cars and there is a secure garage, at the back of the house there is a lovely garden /lawn with a patio area and table+chairs + outside lighting, i dont think you will be dissapointed with the property but please come and make your own mind up, short lets also considered for contractors on a week to week basis the rents are from £125..£135per week. smokers are welcome but but this must be done outside. for more details please call or message me.
