Contracts are for 48 weeks. To reserve a room you pay £300 which gets transferred to your contract once signed. (£200 deposit and £100 admin fee).

Rent includes all utility bills, high speed hard wired internet to allow maximum capacity, housekeeping and contents insurance. No need to search for house shares and be worried about collecting money and bill payments. No need to fall out with friends - all rooms are on individual contracts!!!
