Small double room available in 2 bed terrace house.

I live here with my 18 month old Bedlington Terrier, Gabe, so the tenant would have to be dog friendly (he is incredibly friendly also!).

I am laid back and friendly also. I love being outdoors and in the countryside. I enjoy reading, listening to music and socialising. I love to travel.

This is a small 2 bed house and I am looking for someone respectful of the fact this is my first home, so living here happily and comfortably is a priority.

The village is small and approx 11 miles from York. Buses are very few and far between so driving is essential here. Ideal if you like the countryside and the outdoors.

£520 per month, WiFi included.
I would be looking for the tenant to pay half the monthly electricity bill, water and council tax.
