Small double room available in 2 bed terrace house.

I live here with my 10 month bedlington terrier named Gabe, so tenant would have to be dog friendly (he is incredibly friendly, calm and well behaved).

I am laid back and friendly also. I love being outdoors and in the countryside. I enjoy reading, listening to music and socialising. I love to travel.

This is a small 2 bed house and I am looking for someone respectful of the fact this is my first home, so living here happily and comfortably is a priority.

The village is small and approx 11 miles from York. Buses are very few and far between so driving is pretty essential here. Ideal if you like the countryside and the outdoors.

£500 per month, WiFi included.
I would be looking for the tenant to pay half the monthly electricity bill, water and council tax.
