A lovely room available in a recently renovated house on a quiet street, ideally located close to Northallerton town centre and within walking distance of the train station.

The house has been newly decorated throughout and benefits from a new kitchen, modern bathroom and brand-new heating system, making it a warm and comfortable home.

The bedroom is furnished, although I am happy to offer it unfurnished if you would prefer to bring your own bed and furniture. You will be sharing with just one other person, so this would suit someone looking for a comfortable, quiet and relaxed home rather than a busy house share.

Parking is available and pets may be considered by agreement.
Bills are not included.
