I run my business from home as I have a home studio upstairs so clients do come and go during the day and some evenings.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedding, bedside table with lamp and a large double wardrobe with full length mirrors.
The en-suite has a single shower, WC and toilet, plus a bathroom cabinet with mirror above the sink.

About My House & Location
My house was built in 2021 so it is modern, light and spacious with a decent sized kitchen.

Pocklington is a lovely town with 2 Supermarkets a Garage station and plenty of coffee shops and pubs, its around 20 - 25 mins from York city centre - giving a nice balance of country living and commutable to the city centre by bus or car.

Ideal Lodger
I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectable, I am house proud and keep my house clean at all times. I tend to keep myself to myself.

About Me
I'm a beauty business owner. On a evening I am either working or in the gym. I have a small Poochon called Teddy who is very friendly.
