We are a family of 5 happy to rent our double room out whilst our eldest son is away at uni! Clean tidy house with furnished room and double bed. Shared bathroom All bills included. We have a hypoallergenic small dog and a cat. 3 teenage boys ( 1 away from 12th june) No smokers or meat eaters thank you. Food costs don't apply.
We have large sunny garden and garage den. WiFi available. On road parking. Close to local amenities and friendly market town. With popular arts centre restaurants and pubs. Bus station with frequent buses into York Town centre (20 minutes away) Pocklington is a very inclusive friendly town with sports hall gym and clubs to join.
