The house has wifi broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, downstairs toilet. 2 spaniel dogs live in the house so only people who like and are comfortable around dogs would be suitable. I would like someone who is quiet natured, fairly independent, mature (not in years necessarily but in personality). It’s really important I could really get on well with a lodger as I live in the property. Room availability date is negotiable.
