My house is a 2016 build, 2 Bedroom, end terrace with a good sized driveway and a back garden.

Pocklington is a great market town, and is around 30 mins drive to York city centre or 20 minutes to the University of York. By bus it is around 30 minutes to the University and 45 minutes into the city centre.

The house has a main bathroom and WC, living/dining room, and kitchen. Its been freshly painted, and its always kept clean and tidy.

I'm looking for a someone who will respect the fact this is a great condition property - and treat is like it was their own, whilst also having a bit of banter about them as I’ll be living here too!

I have broadband, sky tv including sky sports and Netflix / Amazon for anyone who is interested.

The price includes bills: water, electricity and gas.

The house also benefits from external front and rear cctv.

A little about me. Those who know MBTi, I’m an ISFJ, so generally quite quiet, but can be sociable at the same time.
In my spare time I’m usually found on the golf course, out on the bike or at the gym. Also the usual stuff like walks, mini golf, bowling etc. Try to cook a little too... That’s a little hit or miss though.
