The house is fully furnished and has 4 private/lockable double bedrooms.

Each double bedroom has a double divan bed. We supply duvet, pillows, and bedding, which you launder yourself. (Washing machine and dryer supplied) We supply essential bedroom furniture such as wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and lamp also wall mounted TVs with Freeview TV are in the rooms.

It has 1 large family bathroom upstairs consisting of both bath & shower and also has a WC downstairs. There is an En-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.

Its well equipped kitchen includes a four burner hob, electric oven, microwave, and dish washer. We supply a washing machine and tumble dryer. Extra fridge provided for tenant.

There is a dining table and 4 chairs.

Patio doors lead onto a spacious rear stone patio. Large landscaped garden to the rear with resin raised dining and seating area. There is a small lawn to the front.

Superfast Wi-Fi is standard, and all bills are included at the weekly price. We also supply a cleaner for the communal areas on a fortnightly basis.

It is my intention to ensure that tenants are happy in their accommodation and stay as long as the accommodation suits their needs and circumstances.
