I’m currently taking a career break whilst I undertake postgraduate study at Teesside University. During term I stay temporarily in Middlesbrough - I would permit use of another bedroom for occasional guests. (shown)
I bought my house and it’s been fully improved, redecorated and newly carpeted. I’m just in the process of finishing off some work.
It’s a corner plot, I have a large garden and patio - there is plenty of on street parking. I’m easy going and flexible - I would consider a well behaved pet for an additional charge. A couple may be potentially considered.
I’m only wanting to rent one room out - the double is £495 with all bills except council tax included.
