The house is a double fronted terrace, and has a main house bathroom available (shared by lodgers only as landlord has own private bathroom) also two sitting room areas, utility and shared kitchen. There is private parking available and a nice patio garden to the rear of the property.
The house is situated next to a pub but this does not usually cause any disruption.
There is also a cockapoo living at the property half of the time so unfortunately no further animals will be allowed.
Rent includes bills, council tax and broadband however please bear in mind, should rates increase significantly ie. due to over use ( such as possibly working from home) or current climate issues , this may need to be reviewed. References and other checks may be needed before any agreements are made and deposit is required to secure.
