Double room in Saltburn to let!

I have a lovely double room to let in Saltburn ideal for a professional person or postgraduate/mature student.
LOCATION: The house is within easy walking distance to Saltburn beach and town centre with plenty of local shops and cafes and various festivals held through out the year (about 7 mins walk). The street is near the leisure centre and Earthbeat centre.
TRANSPORT: There is on street parking. A bus stop at end of road goes direct to Redcar-Middlesbrough and Loftus-Whitby. Stburn train station is in town with trains directly to Middlesbrough and Darlington. ,
ROOM: The room is on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe with shelving, bedside drawers and comfy chair. Bedding can be supplied if needed.
FACILITIES: You have access to the main bathroom adjacent to the room, which has over-bath shower. (I mainly use the ground floor shower room). shower room Kitchen is available to use where you have access to your own fridge, freezer and food cupboard. There is also a garden.
LODGER PREFERENCES: Lodger must be clean, tidy and quiet! Working people only please or postgraduate/mature students considered. No-one who works from home (as I do). The odd bit is fine.
The house is clean, comfortable, calm and quiet. Gas central heating.
All bills included inc WiFi.
