Victorian 5 bedroomed house in desirable seaside town.
The room comes furnished with double bed , television and TiVo box. Our property is an old Victorian house so it’s cosy but not super modern. Our lodgers so far always have been lovely and we kept in touch with quite a few of them so references are available if you need to know what it’s like living here. We do have well behaved animals , a Labrador and three cats. It’s not a party house , we prefer a more quiet life style. We are easy going and want our lodgers to be safe and comfortable and feel like part of the family.
