Property is a small terrace house with shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom. There is a small outside courtyard with a small secure shed available.
Property is very close to all surrounding transport links( 7min walk to train station), high street (10min walk), Hospital (20min walk), supermarkets (5min walk) and beach (north bay and south bay 20min walk)

Parking
Street parking available in the evenings only . Disk parking upto 3 hours between 9am and 5pm . There is a street close by that is free with limited spaces; less than 5 mins walk away (Manor Road)

Property available end of August 2025for 2 years max. Will consider longer / shorter let’s if discussed.

I will not live in the property full time - only using the living room as my Room / office twice a week and may stay some weekends.
