The two available rooms are both on the top floor of the house, so offer privacy and a bright, airy aspect. Both rooms are fully furnished and come with an installed TV point.

The house benefits from a front and rear patio garden with a dining table and a BBQ. There is a shared living space with a dining room, access to the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are two recently installed bathrooms for tenants to enjoy: one with a modern bathtub and another with a large, luxurious walk-in shower.

All utility bills and high-speed broadband are included.

The house is situated on a very central yet quiet street in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the high street, five minutes' walk to the train station, and ten minutes' walk to the coast. Easy access to the hospital is also a real bonus for the existing tenants, some of whom are medical staff.
