THE PROPERTY
This property is a fantastic, very large semi-detached town house by the beautiful Granville Square. The ceilings are very high and the large windows let in a lot of light.
The flat is on the lower ground floor so there are some steps leading down to the entrance. Upstairs we have two other similar flats. The entrance hallway leads to a spacious kitchen / diner with large flat screen TV. There is a bathroom for rooms 1 and 2 to share, and room 3 has an en-suite bathroom.
There is WiFi throughout.
Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.
THE HOUSEMATES
We work hard to match our housemates so they get on and may have shared interests. For example, if the other housemates are working professionals, we look for another working professional to share with them. Likewise with students, retirees, those in receipt of universal credit and so on.
Sorry but we don't accept under-25s, couples or undergraduate student tenants in this property at this time.
