A large double room is available in my 3 bedroom home.

Situated within 5 minutes walk of peasholm park, 15 minute walk to town and 10 minute walk to the beach.

It is currently just me living there but another room will be available int he future to rent aswell.

This furnished room is on the first floor, has large windows facing the front of the property. There is a built in wardrobe, tv, double bed and a set of drawers, ready for someone to move straight into.

Along side the bedroom You will have use of the shared living areas : living room, outdoor areas, bathroom and kitchen.

The monthly price includes all bills.

I live here part time, my bedroom is on the ground floor. I work during the week and i’m away most weekends. I do have two elderly little pugs which are there when i am so must be comfortable with dogs.

Please note furniture style may differ from bedroom photos as im currently refurnishing :)
