We are a friendly working family living in Scarborough with two children and a friendly dog, and we are looking for a respectful, easy-going lodger (single, couple, working professional or student) who would feel comfortable sharing a home with a family environment.
The room is on the ground floor and offers a great level of privacy.

The kitchen and living/dining space are for the exclusive use of the lodger. The only shared aspect is the washing machine (located in the kitchen) and occasional walk-through access to a children’s art/play room.
It feels almost like a small self-contained flat within the house, while still being part of a family home.

Happy to provide references (and guarantor if student)
