THE PROPERTY

This is a five-bedroom house with a shared living/dining room, shared kitchen and shared bathroom / toilets, although many rooms have their own sink. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided free of charge and there is enough fridge and cupboard space in the kitchen for everyone. There is a communal back yard. Central heating is provided by a gas boiler which is serviced annually.

This house is situated under half a mile from Scarborough rail station. It's a short walk from the nearest Tesco Express, and there is also a Tesco supermarket (less than half a mile away) within easy reach.

Hospitals: There are 2 hospitals within walking distance - Cross Lane Hospital, Scarborough is approximately 1.3 miles away (25 min walk) and Scarborough Hospital is around 1.3 miles away (27 min walk).

Doctors: There are 3 surgeries within walking distance

AVAILABLE ROOM:

Room 4 - A well-appointed, quiet and tastefully decorated room on the second floor at the rear of the property. The room contains a double bed, modern dark green vanity unit with a sink & storage, and a new mattress, 4-drawer chest of drawers, double mattress and soft furnishings included. There is a blind on the window and a lock on your door.

THE HOUSEMATES

All tenants are vetted and aware of the requirements and nuances of shared living. There is a fair amount of socialising in the house, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, and everyone respects each other's privacy.
