Renting out my 2nd bedroom due to change in circumstances, this will be from 1 upto 6 months. . Rolling each month.
I currently live in the property alone and have 2 cats, the bathroom and kitchen and living area are downstairs. Upstairs consists of 2 large bedrooms (one of which will be mine). I am home most of the time but I am quiet.
I would recommend viewing as I am currently freshening the place up as i havnt been here long myself. I am happy to rent either of the bedrooms as I can swap things around to suit Due to some unmovable furnishings you may prefer either room.
I have set the price loelw as I am not a professional landlord this is a temporary measure due to my circumstances in the short term.
NO GUESTS (will consider single parents with occasional visititing needs)
NO HEAVY DRINKERS ( my son may stay occasionally I do not allow heavy drinkers)
Good bus route to town every 30 mins and 30..40 miss walk to the centre and close to the cindertrack, hospital and local shops.
