Room to Rent in Professional House in Town Centre

Thank you for your interest in the room rental. It is anticipated the rooms will be ready at the end of June 2026.

The property is on Norwood Street, Scarborough. It is a three floor terraced house. There will eventually be up to 4 people living in the property. All working professionals. At present there remains some renovation work and decorating taking place within the property. This will continue over the next 6 months. This is reflected in the rental price.

The rental is paid two weeks in advance every two weeks. There is also a deposit of two weeks. So the first payment is £500 and then after two weeks £250 every two weeks. Notice period is the time paid in advance.

The room is furnished with TV, wardrobe, double bed, mattress. You will need to supply bed covers.

The kitchen includes utensils, cooker, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

All bills are included excluding parking permit for on-street parking.

You need to be able to produce 3 months of payslips and/or 30 months bank statements and provide photograph ID of which a copy will be taken if successful.
