I have a double bedroom soon to be available to rent, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room, and 3 bedrooms in total.
The house is on a pretty quiet street and has a SSW facing garden with patio, seating, pizza oven and barbecue, no lawns but raised beds where I like to grow my own veggies.
There is a bus stop for the number 42 service approx 50m away, and the 415/train station is only 10mins walk.
I work full time in York in the confectionery industry, in my spare time I enjoy cooking, camping, motorcycling, going to live music gigs, dining out, and a spot of gardening.
I spent a lot of time living in house shares, and had lodgers at my last place, I'm easy going and respectful of other peoples privacy and right to peace and quiet.
