Double Room to Rent

I’m looking for a lodger on a short term trial basis. If it goes well we could look at extending the time.

I have a double room available. Brand new double bed provided and clothing storage. Room will be freshly decorated before you move in. My home has access to all facilities and includes a garage space if required to store belongings.

I have a quiet and tidy home and would like to find someone that respects the space. I am a working professional hybrid working some days home some days out. There is a small enclosed front garden fenced off with a gate and on street parking.

I would prefer a female lodger simply based on cleanliness and honesty.
