Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful lodger to share my modern two-bedroom home in Sowerby, Thirsk.

The room available is a large double bedroom (approx. 13’7” x 10’3”) with plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk if wanted.

The room is currently unfurnished, giving you the option to bring your own furniture, but it can also be furnished prior to moving in if required.

The house is modern, clean and generally pretty quiet. You’d be sharing with just me as the live-in owner, so it would suit someone looking for a relaxed home rather than a busy house share.

You’ll have use of the shared kitchen and bathroom, with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and the usual kitchen appliances. Wi-Fi is also included.

I work full-time and like having a fairly relaxed home. I’m happy to chat and get along with whoever moves in, but equally respect each other’s privacy and independence. Ideally I’m looking for someone similar — clean, considerate, easy-going and happy having their own space.

£575 per calendar month, including bills.

Monday-Friday lets would also be considered.
