The property is 20 minutes drive to the city centre down Hull road - or catch the no 10 bus, or park and ride (every 10 minutes) from Grimston bar. York uni is 10 mins drive or 20min via bus. Pocklington is a 12 minute drive, Malton 20min drive and access to the countryside takes less than a minute from this lovely 4 bed house!
