To share with a 31 year old female (+ one very friendly dog!)
The house is located within walking distance to local shops/cafes and a bus stop for easy access into York.
The house consists of three bedrooms upstairs, with the 4th bedroom downstairs which will be for the lodger. This bedroom is located next door to the main bathroom (mainly used by the lodger as I have my own bathroom to use)
The bedroom has a built in cupboard for storage/wardrobe space and is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers.
The house also has a large garage space, garden and off street parking.
