About Me:

I'm the live-in landlord and work Monday to Thursday on 12-hour day shifts. I like to keep the house clean, tidy and relaxed, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates a calm and respectful home environment.

I enjoy cooking, walking and going to the gym, and I'm generally quite sociable and chatty. I'm looking for someone who enjoys friendly home environment rather than simply renting a room. It would be great to find someone similar who is happy to have a chat now and then, while still respecting each other's space and privacy.

My cat is a big part of the household, so it's really important that you're a genuine cat lover who will enjoy having him around and treat him with kindness and care.

I also tend to go away at weekends fairly often, so there will be times when you'll have the house to yourself.
