A beautiful, spacious double room is available in a quiet, immaculate home in Strensall. This setup is ideal for a clean, respectful female student or professional looking for a peaceful home environment to study and relax. The room comes completely prepared for academic life, featuring its own dedicated office desk, chair, and storage setup. You will be sharing the house with just me—I am a friendly live-in female landlord—and my lovely, friendly little Chihuahua dogs. Because they are a big part of the home, you must be completely comfortable living with small dogs! House Requirements: Looking for a tidy, considerate female lodger who values a quiet, secure home and enjoys the company of small dogs. There is a clean-as-you-go policy in the shared kitchen to keep the space nice for both of us. University/professional references and proof of full-time student status (an official Student Status Certificate for Council Tax exemption purposes) will be required prior to moving in.
