Newly Renovated Spacious Room, Great Location

Stunning room with lots of storage available from 10th July.

The house is occupied full time by 2 individuals: Sasha a dog handler and victoria (librarian). I tend to stay at my partners house most nights in the week with my two dogs Molly and Ralph. I’m normally in Tadcaster on a Tuesday and occasionally if I have a catering booking I’ll be back to bake and cook.

The house is quirky but very homely and unique (the pictures don’t do it justice in my eyes).

There is a fortnightly cleaner but I ask that you leave the space as you found it to be respectful for others.

There are 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other has a shower bath).

The communal living area is large and you’re welcome to have visitors providing the other housemates agree too.

There’s a spare room that can be used for friends/family visiting if I’m not staying.

The house technically has 4 bedrooms so I’ve relegated myself to the box room :)

The ladies living in the house are super lovely and really easy to get along with but primarily keep themselves busy with work and hobbies.

Both aren’t from York or Leeds so they are likely to be in the house long term.

Its an all girls household 🩷
