I have a lovely double room available for rent in a large 3 storey semi-detached house approximately 10 minutes walk from the town centre. There are 3 other housemates at present, all friendly and respectful.
The room is situated on the top floor of the house with only one other bedroom up there so it is quiet and semi private. It consists of a double bed with good quality comfortable mattress (2x mattress protector provided for each new tenant ensuring cleanliness) bedside table, small wardrobe and 3 large storage shelves for clothes and other items. Bedding can be provided for an additional charge, please ask.
Access to large bath/shower room, shared with only one other person.
