2 bed flat-looking for reliable house mate

I am looking for a reliable housemate who keeps themselves to themselves and is reasonably quiet, Cleans up after themselves and respectful of the property and neighbours around as the majority are older. Thirsk is easily commutable to surrounding areas of York and Northallerton via public transport whether that be bus routes or train.

There is a river behind the appartment blocks which runs along the back of the building which leads onto some beautiful fields behind for the upcoming summer months lovely area and very quiet!

I own a cat who pretty much does as she pleases, so would need to be someone who gets on with cats given the close proximity we will live, can easily keep her away if needs be but would prefer to not have to worry about that.

Bond £50 that you will receive back when you move out and any damages repaired/replaced by yourself. Smokers allowed but not in the flat/communal areas.
