Spare room in a spacious 5-bed house

Quiet, well-kept house on Lochranza Road — a peaceful residential pocket a 15-minute walk from Thirsk town centre, station (direct to York, Leeds and London) and the weekly market. Easy access to the A61/A19 if you're commuting further afield.

The rooms on offer are a good-sized double and a very large double with additional dressing room and en-suite. All bills included except gas and electric, which we split.

I'm in my late 30s. I'm on the quieter, introverted side — respectful of shared space, easy to get along with, not looking to be best mates but happy to have a chat over coffee if our paths cross.

Looking for someone similarly clean, considerate and reasonably settled — professional or postgrad ideal, but open-minded on that.

Off-street parking, garden, and a proper kitchen for anyone who actually cooks. Message with a bit about yourself and happy to arrange a viewing.
