I have a small double room available from the 1st of February
My house is on a quiet estate between Topcliffe and Thirsk, with easy access to the A1 and A19. Very good access to Dalton industrial estate.. Approximately 3 miles away. Please note that my house isn't really suitable for someone who doesn't drive as there is only a very limited bus service.
I do have a dog, who is very well behaved and not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. There is a private parking space for your use, broadband and all bills are included. I am tidy, sociable and easy going. I am looking for a reliable, conscientious and amenable person to share my home with. I would prefer a Monday to Friday type house mate, but this isn't essential,
