We have a large, bright, double room available in our spacious, modern riverside house in Thornaby. The house has a large balcony overlooking the River Tees, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the views, and is just a 15-minute walk to Stockton high street. The river is easily accessible for paddleboarding and walks along the riverside path.

The home is clean, quiet, and friendly, with off-street parking and plenty of green space nearby. You’ll be sharing with three others (two women and one man) including the resident landlord.

The household is professional, considerate, and welcoming. Pets are very welcome too – there are already three friendly, well-behaved dogs here who get along with people and other animals.
