Super king room, inc hot tub. In Green Hammerton

Whilst I'm not a live in landlord, this is my family's home and I live here with my friendly dog Ralph. We're looking for a house mate who is just as friendly and respectful.

20 minutes walk from Hammerton station with good transport links to York, Harrogate and Leeds. 2 minutes walk from the bus stop. The village has a shop, pub, GP and lots of lovely outdoor walks.

It's a 4 bed house and I'm currently only looking to rent 1 large room. The house has 2 shared bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, utility, porch, and an extended living space. Large garden with patio and seating, and a hot tub that you're welcome to use. We do have a garage but storage would need to be pre requested due to currently storing for family.

The room is furnished with a super king bed, wardrobe, draws, TV, and dressing table/desk.

Advertised rate is for a minimum 6 month let. Shorter lets considered at a weekly rate of £225 per week.
