Tollerton is a pretty village with a pub, shop and great access to York either by bus or car (a19).
The house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and there are 2 lounges. So lots of space.
We both work full time so are not around a lot of the time during the day. When we are home we are easy going to live with and happy to be sociable.
Although I no longer have a dog we do have frequent visits from friends and family with dogs so being comfortable with dogs is a must.
