In a modern ground floor flat, ideally situated for outer ring road and A64, designated parking space included.
Quiet residential area surrounded by local amenities and on a major bus route for access into York and beyond! Please note my bus route does not have direct access to either university! It would suit someone at York College.
I have lived here for several years and I work full time in town with my schedule varying each week. I have a small private garden at the back & bike shed.
I am fairly laid back, reasonable amounts of mess and belongings don't bother me too much. But as I am sharing my home, a decent contribution to household chores etc is appreciated!
I don't get much time off but I like to watch trashy TV, relax in the garden and to read. I would ideally like someone who is friendly and sociable; to maybe share a bottle of wine with, mealtimes & movies
