Your double room overlooks the river, and has a double bed, a desk, and a small sofa.

One bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, an extra shower room and an extra toilet.
Shared use of well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Other shared spaces include a lounge and conservatory. There is space to store a bike undercover. Fast fibre broadband & WiFi. You are welcome to store items whilst you are not here at weekends in drawers and the wardrobe.

It’s a nice, 30’s style semi by the river, handy for walking into town (~10 mins), and also for York University or York St John University (~20/25 mins) , It is a very quiet residential area.

Special rates available for academics who want the room term-time only with a reduction for Christmas and Easter assuming you are away.

You would be sharing with me and my wife (50’s).

We also have a cocker spaniel dog.
