Room has large wardrobes/drawers/shelves behind mirrored sliding doors, double bed and mattress and a desk with drawers (not photographed, will update when current tenant moves out). You'd have your own large fridge/freezer and space in the kitchen. The house is a 4 bed mid-terrace with a living room, dining room and kitchen with a small garden to the rear. The family bathroom would be fully yours as I have an en-suite. There is a small driveway that fits 2 small cars, alternatively there is a lay-by on the street which offers a place to park. The house is within a 30 minute walk from the city centre and a 20 minute cycle from the University of York (I commuted to uni from here for years). 1Gb internet. This is a quiet home consisting of myself, 38 female and my cat. I'm a pretty chilled out person - I am looking for someone with the same interests as me so we can become housemates rather than just people who just share a space :).
