Situated on the top floor of a modern 3 storey town house in a quiet cul de sac close to Clifton Moor with shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling and pubs. Rawcliffe Lake 5 mins walk away. On a regular bus route (15 mins to the hospital and a further 5 mins to the centre).

Modern fully equipped kitchen diner on the first floor. Sunny garden with patio and barbeque area. On street parking and secure bike storage if required.

Fortnightly cleaner. £15

This is not a party house although we do all get on well and socialise from time to time. It’s a very relaxing space to live.

The house is a modern townhouse on three floors and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near Clifton Moor and all its amenities. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away to the hospital 15 minutes, city centre 25 minutes. Cycle route via Rawcliffe Lake takes 15 minutes.
