Im asking for someone who really wants to be settled here for minimum 6 months, then reviewed and go to every 3 months or extended to one year whichever suits the situation for both parties the best at the time.
Its a quiet household, which is important after people have been at work all day. Its not a party house!
Guests are not permitted just to maintain the tranquilty if the household and for the fairness and privacy of all tennants.

Due to fuel increases and bills being 65% up on previous years the topic of " reasonable " use particularly when it comes to. central heating are essential to mindful of if the rent is to stay the price it is currently. Things like putting extra layers of clothing on. Not leaving it on accidentally when you go out etc are essential to note here. Or leaving windows wide open and having heating on full blast ( you' d be surprised)!
