Hi I'm Sarah, looking to rent the spare room in my home.
The house is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre and is 5-10mins walking distance from York Hospital and York St Johns university.
The spare room is at the back of the house, so is nice and quiet, with quiet considerate neighbours. The house is attractive, with fast fibre broadband, outside space, ground floor bathroom, and parking on the street with no permit required.
I am a teacher so term time have early mornings, and work pretty hard so keep my home quiet and relaxed, but social weekends and holidays. I would like to share with someone similar, who will take care of the house and respect that it is my home. I have a variety of interests, especially cooking (I. m vegetarian), yoga and running but also enjoy relaxing with a G&T! Let me know if you have any questions.
