Use of my plates, pots and pans is fine. Town is a 25 minute walk away, and there are many bus stops close by to take you to town or either of the universities.
You'll be living with me and one other tenant, who lives in the other upstairs bedroom.
Rent is £650 per 4 weeks, which includes all bills (Wi-Fi, telephone, council tax, water, electricity etc). Deposit £500. No smokers. Must like pets as I have a lovely West island terrier and a cat.
